Register:
Registration
requires emailing us the following information:
- the contact person's name, relationship to school (e.g., PTA president),
phone number, and email address
- school name and/or number (e.g., PS 46), school address including zip
code, and school phone number

been registered (usually within 1 business day) |
**The
Rules:
To participate, your school must be registered. For a registered school
to to receive rebates on your purchases, you simply add your school rebate
to your cart.
Anyone
can designate your school to receive a rebate on his/her purchases, so
tell all your friends and family.
The
rebate is 5% of the merchandise total (before tax and shipping charges)
for the designated school.
Only
one school rebate will be applied per purchase. If more than one school
rebate is added to the cart, the first school designated will receive
one 5% rebate; any other school(s) designated will not receive a rebate. |

The fine print:
Rebates over $10.00 will be sent to the school contact person in October,
February, and June. Rebates under $10.00 will only be sent in June. Rebates
will not be issued on returned merchandise. To allow time for returns,
issued rebates will lag purchases by 45-60 days.
It is the responsibility of the contact person to provide accurate registration
information and to update this information when it changes.
PlatesPlus for Kids, Inc. reserves the right to change and/or cancel
this rebate program at any time without prior notification. |
