Shipping Addresses
PlatesPlus for Kids ships to addresses in the 48 contiguous United States, Washington D.C., Alaska, Hawaii, APO and FPO addresses, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

All items in your order must be shipped to the same address. Your shipping and billing addresses can be different.

We do not make COD shipments.

Shipping rates are based on the weight and volume of your order and the distance it is being shipped.

Sales Tax
We ship from New York and charge sales tax on orders with shipping addresses in New York.

Time from Order to Shipping
Orders are usually shipped within 1 business day. On business days, orders placed early in the day are typically shipped the same day. UPS orders are shipped Monday through Friday. USPS orders are shipped Monday through Saturday.

You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been shipped.

Shipping Choices & Shipping Times
When you place an order with PlatesPlus for Kids, you will be offered a choice of UPS shipping or US Post Office (USPS) Priority mail during checkout.

Shipping choices for the 48 contiguous United States and Washington D.C.:
For UPS, the following choices are available:
UPS Ground - usually delivered 3 to 6 business days from the day shipped
UPS 3 Day Select - guaranteed* delivery 3 business days from the day shipped
UPS 2nd Day Air - guaranteed* delivery 2 business days from the day shipped

USPS Priority mail provides average delivery 2-3 business days from the day shipped.

Please note that USPS Priority mail is usually the least expensive shipping method for small orders such as one lunchbox; UPS Ground is usually least expensive for larger orders.

Shipping choices for Alaska and Hawaii:
USPS Priority mail provides average delivery 3 business days from the day shipped.

For UPS, the only choice available is UPS 2nd Day Air, which provides guaranteed* delivery 2 business days from the day shipped.

Shipping choices for APO and FPO addresses:
USPS Priority mail only; USPS Priority mail provides average delivery 2-3 business days from the day shipped to the APO/FPO address in the U.S.

Although the UPS choice will appear to be available, we can only ship USPS Priority mail to APO and FPO addresses. Regardless of your choice, we will ship USPS Priority mail, so please choose the USPS carrier option to obtain the proper shipping charge.

Shipping choices for Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands:
USPS Priority mail only; USPS Priority mail provides average delivery 3 business days from the day shipped.

Although the UPS choice will appear to be available, we can only ship USPS Priority mail to Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands at this time. Regardless of your choice, we will ship USPS Priority mail, so please choose the USPS carrier option to obtain the proper shipping charge.
